NOVEMBER’S ASTROLOGICAL JOURNEY
2023
BEING RESPONSIBLE FOR OUR THOUGHTS, FEELINGS & RESPONSES:
We enter November on the back of a rather intense October energy. Due to the Eclipse’s influencing our perspective. Eclipses are known for changing the landscape of our lives. Bringing with them pivotal events to unfold within our lives. November continues the themes of transitions and changes. Rolling along with various pressures until the middle of the month. Then slowly bringing with it some opportunities to redirect and have clarity. Everything with Eclipses is for a reason. To experience something different and to initiate the next chapters within our lives.
Things are always a little intense, due to the Scorpio winds prevailing. As the days darken and we become accustomed to the dimmer light. We are in transition from the light season to the dark season in the northern hemisphere. Drawing in as we close the chapter on another Season of light. This is a time to cuddle in. Obtain some projects or activities to entertain or occupy our time before we enter the slow season of winter. We are climatizing. With it comes all sorts of shifts. Once we are through the veil, we reach a comfortable state, when the Sun enters the uplifting sign of Sagittarius.
It's a mishmash of events, which seem all rather confusing this month. Laced with upsets, chaos, and surprising events. This is due to Uranus once again being activated during the first half of the month, along with Neptune’s influences laced between the layers of energy prevailing on the winds.
The month opens with a strong element of responsibility with Saturn finally stationing direct at the opening gates of Pisces. A position Saturn held from March 7-15th of 2023. This is a portal. A time of new realizations as we try to make sense of the Other world. The time of reflection is over. Forcing us to take responsibility as we reconsider our options. We have a little more clarity and insight into our next endeavours. It’s like starting over again, where we were in March. With new ideas or launching old ideas onto new platforms of reality. Dissolving our reality between what is and what could be. As we try to establish boundaries, the lines blur or shift and no boundaries exist. New lines are drawn as the waters of Pisces are solidified by the limitations of Saturn. It’s perceived as protection against something or someone we can’t see. Rules or regulations are established with little to hold them in place. Issues surrounding the oil & gas industry, pharmaceutical, the arts, photography, health industry are highlighted or walls. Meant to serve as protection, but instead isolate. Walls are coming down, yet new walls are being build. You should ask yourself. “What is holding you back?” is it imaginary or real.
Water based problems or controls within the oceans or seas. Poisons or contamination. We are not stabilized here, rolling with the ocean’s waves. Water issues become loom large with concern. Spirituality and strong belief systems, which perhaps are rigid in the demands of adherence to the faith of the institution. All sorts of beliefs emerge, causing protests, civil rights movements, or paranoia within society.
NOVEMBER 5TH: JUPITER SEMI-SQUARE NEPTUNE:
Creating a struggle between ethical morality and illusions of justice. The fact-based position of Jupiter, trying to doll out peace and justice meets a propaganda of mistrust. Hidden elements, which are neither disclosed nor revealed. Smoke and mirrors, prevents us from seeing the full scope or picture of the events unfolding. Mistrust within religious belief systems. Challenges in truth and justice issues. This is like justification to crazy bizarre activities. Undeniable proof or legalities go ahead with disillusionment presented. This aspect urges us to seek the truth, yet we do not see things in realistic terms. We can be up against forces which are clouding our vision. Religious justification rules the powers that be.
NOVEMBER 8TH: VENUS INGRESS INTO LIBRA:
This is a wonderful position for Venus, as she rules the scales of Libra. She seeks balance, cooperation within this sign. New alliances or potential partnerships can be formed. Considerations for other’s concerns and a need to socialize and connect. A need for peaceful cooperation arises. Seeking pleasantries and diplomacy instead of the harshness of discord. Agreements can be struck in the courts or judgment of the past. The arts, entertainment, ceremonies, or meetings come to fruition. Balance is promoted and negotiations emerge. Connections to women’s rights, cultural resources, and financial issues.
NOVEMBER 10TH: MERCURY INGRESSES INTO SAGITTARIUS:
This indicates a great need to express one’s opinion about social thoughts, religious or philosophical issues or the law and how these interconnects with one another’s ideologies or affects their morality. Thus, this position is considered detrimental due to the attitudes or possible debates that can arise. It brings up subjects which are subjective, depending on one’s position or values. A right or wrong attitude can prevail. Concerns with universities or higher education can emerge. Too much talk and not enough attention paid to the truth or facts of the matter. Public speeches or people on their soap boxes proclaiming truths. Social conformity or social issues abound. Lots of court events, media events. Issues concerning social media, freedom of speech, literacy, transportation, shipping, immigration, air pollution, strikes, epidemics, treaties or road and highway conditions. Travelling is highlighted. People can be making winter travel plans.
NOVEMBER 11TH: REMEMBRANCE DAY:
Remembrance across Canada for the fallen soldiers who have fought for our freedoms. Yet, this day is turbulent. As Mars comes in opposition to Uranus. Just as the New Moon begins to emerge. This is volatile. Filled with potential violence, bombs, chaos, and disruptions. Unexpected land based issues, such as storms, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions.
NOVEMBER 13TH: NEW MOON IN SCORPIO:
This Moon is in strong opposition to Uranus. It’s joined with Mars, which ignites chaos and disruptions to emerge. A feeling of unease. Sudden shifts and changes can be difficult to deal with. Airline travel can be disrupted. Sudden events emerging within the weather patterns. Earthquakes in various parts of the earth. Polarization and the need to be always be in control. Expect violence and protests to emerge as people stand up in expressing their needs. The uncovering of information, spying, espionage, and hacking of the internet can be realized. It would be a good thing to protect your privacy at this time. What’s interesting is Mercury in this chart, resides at the future Full Moon’s; Sun position. Which turns our direction to aviation. Potential crisis within this industry can emerge. It’s at the crisis point of 21 degrees of the fixed signs. Tremendous pressure. This degree can involve a vast amount of people throughout the world.
NOVEMBER 17TH: MARS ALIGNS WITH THE SUN:
This is one of the highlights of November’s journey. Burning up the past journey of Mars. Refreshing his energy in the light of the Sun’s rays. Decisive action is taken anew. Strong direction is indicated from various leaders.
This then trines Neptune. Promises are made for new direction. Secrets are revealed with overpowering emotional base. Religious or belief systems play large into the workings of things. Strong forces of strength, will power and determination to move in new directions. Forcing energy.
NOVEMBER 23: SUN RIDES INTO SAGITTARIUS:
This is a more optimistic position, as we consider Christmas parties, shopping events, social interconnections, and right actions. This will shift our attention to the rule of law. Educational pursuits, belief systems, religious issues, and spiritual law. Ethics and morality are high on the list of Sagittarius issues. Along with immigration.
Sagittarius is a very optimistic sign, which is jovial and pleasant to be around. This is the gambler and prone to exaggerations or comments which can boarder of lies. A good poker player indeed. Loves the risk and when things are used up, moves on to greener pastures. This is a wandering sign that seeks out something interesting and entertaining to delve into. Travelling it’s way around the globe.
NOVEMBER 24: BOTH VENUS AND MERCURY INCONJUNCT URANUS:
Quincunx energy is difficult to deal with. A sense that there is a problem, but it’s often ignored since one can’t figure out what to do with it through solution. Yes, instability is realized here, but how can we possibly mitigate it through negotiations or agreements. At any moment, things can disrupt the peace created. A sacrifice on one side or the other must take place. Concessions will need to be made but in who’s favour. As a result, there is a blind spot within the crisis arising. Failure to meet the pressure can result in a disconnection, health issues or illness. Rejection which is abrupt and shocking in nature can arise here.
NOVEMBER 27TH: FULL MOON IN GEMINI:
This brings insight into situations. A need to know. This is a scattered energy. Full of information, media events and social platforms expressions. It’s rather debatable energy. With different viewpoints or beliefs emerging. Everyone has something to say. It’s a good Moon to consider travel or making plans. Foreign interests and agreements could be on the table. Immigration, educational pursuits are addressed. A flavor of your side versus my side prevails on the winds. New laws could be passed, and court decisions made.
Mercury will square Neptune at this Full Moon phase. Adding an element of confusion, disagreement, and misleading facts forward. Propaganda once again leads the charge, trying to convince us of something through the research that has been done. It is nothing more than woolgathering due to the gossipy nature of the energy arising. Things are disorganized. People don’t want to take responsibility. An unconscious gut feeling idly speaks of truths not yet spoken. We are handed a muddle of misconceptions.
The T-square, which is formed, directly points to Saturn with the need to be responsible rather than burying our heads in the sand. Closing the month off with a need for someone to take the helm of reason. Yet we can feel trapped in our own ideologies. Refusing to see the other side of the coin.
Ending our month as it began. With Saturn at the helm, urging us to slow down. Think about what we are doing. Take responsibility with pure faith in what we are doing.
