STORIES UNFOLDING
The book is opening as Mercury entered his shadow on July 17th at the 21st degree of Leo. The writing is almost completed, yet we now need to edit pieces that spilled forth from us as we were inspired to journal. There was a need to express ourselves. Dialogue our aims. Desires yet to be fulfilled, active in our heart-based centres.
Of course! We are who we thought we were, yet we lose touch at times. Attempting to come back to our original mindset of what we truly desire. At our core of identity. That which inspires us and gives us light.
Mercury now tells this tale. Perhaps of how we got side tracked. Distracted by all the noise of other people’s chatter or imagination. Draw to the sidelines of our own story. Now realizing that we need to correct something and erase the notations in the columns and begin to put them in the text of the book we’ve seen as our own and not someone else.
We wonder sometimes, of where the time goes and if we’ve finished one chapter before it leads to the next. Filled with scripts of information yet unprocessed. Mercury is flipping the pages. Settling at our desks to edit the columns of our existence and rewrite possibilities emerging. After all, we won’t know where we are going until we’ve figured out where we’ve been. There must be a quote somewhere out there about this.
Much of this could have triggered in us around July 10th, when Mercury jump started the upcoming New Moon energy at the 12th degree of Leo. Ready to start a new paragraph in the blank pages before us. An enthusiasm building for new promises and goals to be written down with gusto. Preparing our soap boxes for what we will express as we read for others.
Yet, we can’t proceed, until we are finished with our old agenda. The black ink smudged from old platforms we envisioned. Time now to erase or complete. The ink has run out, no longer eager in our quests for recognition. A time to rephrase, rewrite and reignite our passions. We were almost ready to close the book yet decided it might be worth another try.
It was an unexpected move with Mercury’s first square to Uranus on the 21st of June. Things shifted and changed as new information emerged. Suddenly someone else was in charge and the draining of an idea was re-ignited by new information coming forth. A sudden turn of events, which is both surprising and enlightening. Eager to get going and push forward as we break away from the chains that have bound us due to writer’s blockages. It is the first of three that might change the topic of our next chapter. To re-arrive on August 19th and September 6th. Producing weird ideas that seem nonsensical but might produce something of significance in the future. A time of accidents, earthquakes that shake our desks and fill us with fear. The electricity can go out, whereby we must write by the flames of the candles.
We knew we placed the information somewhere, but where is unknown and we must search for where we stashed the idea that inspired us way back when. It could have been there all along, but we didn’t recognize it for what it was. A ticket of just the right thing to say. Gathering our courage to move on.
It is here that we began the sorting, organizing and prioritizing in our quest to turn back the pages and discover just how we said it. What exactly it was about is a question left for when we land on just the right page. This happens when I wasn’t looking on July 26th. Determined to become a little more discerning in what is being related as Mercury headed into Virgo.
Then, a spark is lit with the New Moon in the spontaneous sign of Leo. We’re sure now as ideas formed, even though we haven’t found the page it was written so long ago. We are inspired here as so many are eagerly pushing us forward. Conversations at parties and social events. Moments of recognition that our story is worth the telling. Old friends filter in greeting us with warmed to converse over old days long gone by. Feeling more confident and alive in our ambitions. We can hardly wait.
It is good to receive that confirmation and support. But we know we have unfinished business to attend too. Things hidden between the folds of paper that must be considered. Time is taking its sweet time. With a need to cooperate as other obligations have filtered in. There are plenty of distractions which keep us from our agenda. Patience will be a key in holding to the idea at hand.
Things become ever more challenging as the wind picks up. Blowing the pages helter-skelter around. Seemingly futile in putting the pages back together in any cohesive manner. One wonders if it should just all be scraped with nothing salvageable in the disaster arising. A rapid shift emerges, and decisions will have to be made mid August as Mercury once again challenges the might of Uranus in his second square on the 19th. Just as the writer joins with counsel to determine advice or information before venturing forth. Something just isn’t right. Memories are fading with a sense of disharmony causing the pen to drain of ink all over the desktop. It will take a few moments to clean it all up before proceeding to the task at hand.
So many delays, due to putting the pages together. Reading various snippets here and there of past visions of glamour and success. A different time with different strategies. Unworkable really but once of value in the fringes of the columns. The text is just that, a past lived. Whether well or not is up to the reader.
It is here in my contemplation that I regain my senses with Mercury’s direct motion arriving on the 29th of August. Happy that the world is setting to rights, and I can get on with the unfolding of a new story. My love of criticism of my own work has diminished and once again we seek the advice of those around me to validate our intentions for the future.
Mercury our advisor than takes another stab at setting pen to page as he squares Uranus once again. Changing the narrative and perhaps the protagonist in the direction of life. Perhaps it’s not me, I choose to attend to, but to seek to be of service to those who inspire my every word.
Of course, the plot thickens, and the details emerge as Mercury re-enters Virgo. What was originally planed once again holds promise of fresh new concepts. Narrowing the playing field to a detailed document and story line.
With all the twist and turns. The ups and downs. We eventually land upon our seats, at our desks to document our desires eagerly. Bringing along those we feel are committed to being our best audiences. In some ways it is rather shocking to realize who’s with us to the end.
We emerge from behind the curtain by the 12th of September. The pages pressed down in a chronological sequence of direction. Eager to implement the changes forthcoming in the story as the Eclipse’s open to a whole new realm.
